Supplier Onboarding Guide
Suppliers must complete real-name verification and pay the required security deposit before joining the platform. Products must be authentic and compliant, shipped on time, and accompanied by proper after-sales support. Off-platform transactions, false descriptions, duplicate sales of the same item, and other violations are prohibited. Withdrawals must meet the platform’s applicable requirements, and all funds must be settled in accordance with the relevant regulations after the store is closed.
